Gratitude practice for Concentration
If you have something important to you which guides you to live a positive life, focus your vision there, spend some time with that image, that vision as much as you can throughout the day whether it be a physical object, person, creature, or concept in your minds eye. If you do not have something in your life to focus on which inspires you to live everyday toward a positive purpose, one that inspires you to live life fully and joyfully, take some time to imagine what that might be. It might be an object that brings a smile to your face like a flower or art piece. It could be a picture of a saint or other inspiring figure who lived or is living. It can be a beloved pet or loved one. It may be an idea of love, peace, or other positive thought form. There are as many different objects of concentration as there are people because we all have a special way of becoming a fully alive individual that is as unique as who we are. So please explore, take time, be patient, practice compassion and honest in your search, and do your best to be grateful for the wonderful journey and opportunity it is to have the chance to live fully in Love, happiness, and health. For me, this practice is easiest when done seeing the light of Love in all creatures, persons, objects, and experiences. I do my best to see the ideal, my ideal, of Love in all things that way there is a good chance that I will never be without positive inspiration to live life to its fullest. It is easier for me to see it in some things and experiences than others, but with practice, more of that positive inspiration is reveal in all things to me. Do your best, my friend to find your own positive concentration point! :-)
Thank you for joining me here, for being wonderful you! It is my greatest hope that we all might enjoy happiness in our life times on a more regular basis! May we all find this positive concentration point of inspiration! May we find the courage to fix our gaze upon that which makes us feel fully alive! Have a glorious day, my friend! God bless and Namaste! From Aaron :-)
