Again and again, thankfulness and gratitude are what opens me up to the possibility to enjoy life and all the different circumstance, experiences, and meetings/partings that go with it. Whenever I am feeling taken advantage of at work, gratitude saves the day! Whenever I am feeling dislike for another person that has a much different way of approaching life, appreciation and acceptance welcome in feelings of love and connection! Whenever it seems like everything that could go wrong has gone wrong, and I am life's doormat, thankfulness breaks down the thick sickening miasma of suffering! Thank you life, thank you gratitude! And thank you to my dear friend, Danny, she has inspired much of my vigor in this gratitude practice through her kind and spirited words to me, as well as the way that she lives her life! :-)
Gratitude Practice: Noticing Gratitude, Meditating on Gratitude
The practice this week is listen to when we are grateful and not grateful in the different situations of life. If you wish to go a step beyond, find something to be grateful for moment to moment, try to focus your consciousness on those open appreciative feelings whether at work or play, by your self or with others, at home or in a new place.
Thank you so much my friend for being wonderful you! Have a great week full of healthy grateful breathes! I hope that you will join me again next week! Godbless you and Namaste! Love, Peace, and Joy to you now and always! Aaron :-)
