Gratitude practice for Life

I do caution you to realize when something is becoming harmful in someway to yourself or others, and to make adjustments in your practice for harmony and peace all around.
Some suggestions for my own practice:
- eating mindfully, enjoying each bite, and thanking all that went into providing this opportunity for nurishment
- I often find that, if I do not have a particular craving for something else, eating fresher foods that are light on my stomach can help me appreciate eating and life even more.

- sitting down and embracing the silence and peace or maybe enjoying a song that brings an experience of these positive qualities

- I also believe it is beneficial to have a nice straight spine, so that I can be awake and aware with this incredible feeling of peace and oneness.
