Here are ways that I try to do my best...
- I try to pay attention moment to moment, noticing what is really going on

- I try to understand when I am sick and need to rest

- I try to choose activities that have the potential to give or open me up to loving energy

- I try to have a light heart
- I try not to take it personally
- I try to understand and follow through
- I try to be honest
- I try to feel that I am enough
- I try to know that there is enough
- I try to brush my teeth
- I try to make a salad
- I try to eat fruit
- I try to only eat what I need
- I try to relax my shoulders
- I try to relax my jaw
- I try to wake up at a time that feels right
- I try to balance between rest and the need to move
- I try to show gratitude
- I try to show honesty through action
- I try to keep in mind that I am never alone
- I try to keep in mind that I am showing my character and love for myself and all creation through my thoughts, words, and actions

Many times my momentum can seem to easily slow down and turn to depressive states if I do not remain present and engaged in moving forward. Positive practices help me keep moving forward.
