When I talk about honesty there are so many avenues I could explore, but, firstly, I believe it is important to start with something that you can truly get behind, something that you can truly be grateful for because it resonates deep within. There is a difference between things that sound good on the surface that can often be referred to as obligations, responsibilities, or “just the way things are” and those that truly inspire a smile, a warmth in one's heart, and long term growth toward health and happiness. We all find ourselves in various places in our lives for various reason, sometimes things are so beyond me I do not know where to start, however, there is RIGHT HERE and RIGHT NOW. I begin to look for those choices and activities, which seem possible for me, that do not have negative feelings attached to them, I look for those avenues in life that I find the most gratitude for, and I do my best to follow them!
Gratitude Practice
Do your best to let go of practices, beliefs, places, people, things that you can not really be thankful for and embrace others that you can be thankful for if it is a real option for you to do so. An example of something that would not be a real option might be a job that pays to support your family or a family member that you support who can not provide care for themselves. In this case, you could find a different way of looking at this situation, which can lead to an attitude of gratitude within yourself.
I hope that in some large or small way that you have found benefit in this little exploration of Gratitude and Honest, my friend! Thank you so much for being wonderful you! I hope that you will join me again next week for another episode of Thank You Life! Have an exceptionally gracious day! Godbless you and Namaste! From Aaron :-)
